Honest pricing
A written estimate before move day, every fee listed. No deposit to book. You pay after your walkthrough.

Family-owned and Houston-based since 2011. We move homes and businesses across Greater Houston and nationwide with one simple rule: a real price before move day, then we show up and honor it.

Houston Fast Movers began with a single truck and a frustration every Houstonian knows: movers who quote low on the phone and charge more at the door. We decided to do it the other way. Give people the real number up front, put it in writing, and stand behind it.
Today our crews handle everything from Midtown studio apartments to full office relocations in the Galleria, plus long-distance moves to anywhere in the lower 48. The trucks got bigger. The rule didn't change.
If it isn't in your written estimate, we don't charge for it. That's the whole business model.
— The Houston Fast Movers team
These aren't slogans. Each one shows up on your estimate, your move day, or your final walkthrough.
A written estimate before move day, every fee listed. No deposit to book. You pay after your walkthrough.
Trained, background-checked employees. Never day labor, never a subcontractor you've never met.
Every item padded or wrapped. Furniture disassembled, moved and reassembled where you want it.
A real arrival window, a heads-up if traffic hits, and evening or weekend moves when you need them.
Plain answers about pricing, protection and how the work actually gets done, whether you hire us or not.
A phone guess isn't a quote. You should get a written estimate that lists every service and fee before move day. The number on your estimate should be the number on your invoice unless your inventory changes.
FMCSA: how estimates work ↗We know which Sugar Land high-rises need freight elevator reservations, which Heights bungalows have parking headaches, and why I-10 at 5pm changes the plan. That know-how comes from moving Houston every day.
Send photos, do a quick video call, or book a free in-home estimate. You talk to the person planning your move, not a call center reading a script.
Basic released-value protection pays 60¢ per pound, per item. That means a 50 lb TV is covered for about $30. Full-value protection covers repair or replacement. We explain both in plain English before you book.
FMCSA: valuation explained ↗Look up any mover's USDOT number on the FMCSA site, check their Texas DMV registration for in-state moves, and read their public reviews. Including ours. A legitimate mover will never ask for a large cash deposit up front.
FMCSA Protect Your Move ↗Every move gets a small, accountable team. You'll know their names before move day and you can reach them the whole way through.
Talk to our teamBuilds your written estimate, books your date and is your single point of contact from first call to final walkthrough.
Walks every room with you before loading, runs the crew on move day and signs off the final walkthrough with you.
Trained, background-checked employees who pad, wrap, load and place every item, the same crew from pickup to delivery.

Inside the loop and out to the suburbs, with the same crews and pricing standard everywhere in the metro.
